Steps to Achieving ISO 14001 Certification:

1. Conduct an Initial Environmental Review: We performed a comprehensive environmental review to identify the significant environmental aspects and impacts of our doorset manufacturing process.
2. Set Environmental Objectives and Targets: Based on the initial review, we set clear, specific, and achievable environmental objectives and targets for our doorset manufacturing process.
3. Developing the Environmental Management System: Developing our EMS by creating and documenting procedures and processes to manage the identified environmental aspects.
4. Implementation and Monitoring: Implementation of our EMS with monitoring and measurement mechanisms to track our environmental performance. These are regularly reviewed and updated procedures to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
5. Certification Auditing: Once our EMS is fully implemented and refined, we underwent a certification audit by Citation ISO Certification. This audit assesses our compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
6. Continuous Improvement: ISO 14001 emphasises continuous improvement. After achieving certification, we are continuing to monitor, review, and enhance our EMS to improve environmental performance and adapt to changing conditions and regulations.
