Dorplan Achieves Made in Britain Certification
We’re excited to share that Dorplan is now officially certified by Made in Britain.
This recognition confirms that our doors, frames, and ironmongery are proudly designed and manufactured right here in Great Britain. It’s a testament to the craftsmanship, quality control, and attention to detail that go into every doorset we produce.
The Made in Britain licence complements the standards and accreditations Dorplan already holds. We manufacture doorsets in-house, including pre-hung options and fully machined ironmongery. Having proof that those manufacturing processes take place in Britain strengthens the full-package assurance we offer provenance, performance and quality control all in one place.
Dorplan goes beyond being your basic door manufacturer. We work with specifiers at the design stage to match acoustic, fire, security and aesthetic requirements. We plan deliveries to suit staged construction programmes, and we provide technical support so clients can demonstrate compliance. Being Made in Britain simply gives clients another verifiable reason to trust the solutions we recommend.
