Dorplan Installation Guide

Fire doorsets differ fundamentally from standard door assemblies. They are complete, engineered systems in which every individual component -door leaf, frame, glazing, seals, hardware, and fixings- is tested together as a single unit.

To make sure a fire doorset performs as intended, it must be installed exactly in line with its certification and the manufacturer’s instructions. Even small changes or substitutions can reduce fire resistance and put safety at risk.
