Harrow Weald

Dorplan supplied 115 timber doorsets for a multi-level residential development at High Road, Harrow, including 22 flat entrance doorsets finished in special laminate – Dark Tobacco Walnut.

Delivered for a regional developer with multiple live schemes in the area, this was the largest of four concurrent projects, progressing from groundworks through to final fit-out. The development required a durable and visually consistent doorset package suitable for modern apartment living.

The flat entrance doorsets featured a specialist laminate finish complemented by walnut lipping and coordinated black ironmongery throughout the building, creating a cohesive and premium aesthetic across communal and private areas.

Careful coordination with the site team ensured deliveries were programmed to align with other trades, reducing the risk of damage and supporting efficient installation. Despite logistical challenges including a steep delivery point and restricted arrival times, the project was successfully managed through close collaboration between Dorplan and the contractor.
