Supporting the Regeneration of a Landmark East London Development
Dorplan supplied 2,475 certified doorsets (2,829 individual doors) for Phase One of the Manor Road Quarter development in Canning Town, East London.
Part of a major regeneration project, Manor Road Quarter is delivering 355 high-quality apartments, with 50% of the homes allocated as affordable and shared ownership, creating a vibrant and inclusive new community. The development also includes a striking 32-storey mixed-use tower, commercial space and a new public park, transforming a previously underutilised site into an attractive place to live and work.
To support the varying performance requirements across the development, Dorplan manufactured and supplied a comprehensive range of certified timber doorsets, to include communal areas and 355 apartment entrance doors.
Every doorset was produced to meet the stringent fire safety, smoke control and security requirements expected within modern residential developments, while complementing the architectural vision of the scheme.
Beyond manufacturing, Dorplan worked closely with the project team to provide a dependable, coordinated service throughout the project. From technical support and production through to delivery scheduling, our focus remained on helping the development progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
