Delivery policy

Dispatch times vary between products, ranging from 3-10 days. The size of the order will dictate the delivery method used, which means that delivery times may vary between shipments. You should normally expect to receive your goods within 14 days from placing your order. If you would like more information about how your order will be shipped, please contact us.

Delivery within the UK is included.

For international deliveries, please contact us for a quotation. International customers should also note that performance information on our products has been signed off by relevant UK authorities and may not be valid in other countries.

Upgrades to delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, an additional delivery charge may be levied to cover costs for this.

Returns policy

If there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer free returns on any product if your order is damaged or the wrong product. We offer exchanges if you have changed your mind about which product you would prefer, as long as the item is returned unopened and in original packaging*. If the exchanged item is cheaper than the original item purchased, a part-refund will be given. Postage is payable by the customer for items returned for exchange, although there is no re-delivery charge. Requests for these refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days.

If you have a problem using the product or you believe it is faulty, please contact us for help. Where these problems or faults lie with the product, we will replace free of charge or offer a refund. If problems arise because of incorrect usage or storage, we will offer advice to help customers use the product correctly. Requests for fault-based refunds must be made within 30 days.

Requests for refunds and exchanges will normally be processed within two working days. If you return an item for any reason please obtain free proof of posting as lost items cannot be refunded or exchanged without it.
