Raw Materials QC
Materials must first pass the QC test

Beam Saw
Cutting door cores to size

Edge banding
Applying hardwood lipping around the door cores

Press
Applying a laminate, veneer or paper faced finish to the doors

Spraying & lacquering
Spraying and lacquering line process ensures consistency

CNC Machining
Highly accurate vision panels, ironmongery and seals

Vision panel assembly
Glazed elements carefully assembled

CNC
Frame joint and profiling processing

Frame Morticing
Machining frames and architraves

Doorset assembly
Frames assembled and doors pre-hung to complete the doorset package

Quality checking process
All door gaps are checked, along with the lock recessing and quality of the finish. Every doorset is photographed and recorded prior to dispatch.

Packaging
After QC checks, doorsets are carefully wrapped in recyclable packaging

Delivery
Time for the product to be dispatched
