Dorplan does it again! – Grafton Quarter project

Yet another project finished for Dorplan…Grafton Quarter. The ambition of this project was to regenerate a declining industrial site in Croydon by repairing the existing street edge and transforming the site into a truly mixed-use scheme.

‘A £23 million project that entailed the construction of 78 studio/B1 accommodation units comprising studio spaces for creative/start-up occupiers, with ancillary communal and gallery spaces; erection of 97 residential dwellings; plus provision of associated landscaping, car parking, motorcycle and cycle parking.’
