How our products are taking on the fight against coronavirus

Protection against most viruses and bacteria, including coronavirus, can now be built in to your doors or applied post-installation thanks to a new range of products from Dorplan.

Our PuraTouch+ TM range is designed to offer maximum infection control performance in sterile or hygiene-sensitive settings for the whole life of the door.

PuraTouch+ TM technology can be applied to doorsets and ironmongery during the manufacturing process for permanent resistance to 99.9% of bacteria and has been tested in conjunction with coronavirus to ISO 21702:2019 (antiviral activity on plastics and other non-porous surfaces).

It can be ordered as an optional extra to your doors and hardware, or to our new range of low-touch and no-touch washroom products.

PuraTouch+TM is provided as standard in a translucent finish but can also be supplied in solid colours. It maintains Class 1 and 0 fire ratings of materials to which it is applied.

Coming soon: PuraProtect: a spray system that can be applied retrospectively to most surfaces you have to touch, giving lasting protection of up to 40,000 cleaning cycles.
