Our support for customers doesn’t end when the doorsets arrive: we’re happy to help as much as we can, whenever we can.
When Ms T suffered a distressing break-in at home during the lockdown, the Dorplan team swung into action to help.
Ms T lived in a property for which Dorplan had supplied doorsets and ironmongery a few years ago. When her property was broken into, her front door was damaged and needed to be replaced. She contacted Dorplan for help – and we gladly gave it.
Using historical information from the project alongside pictures and dimensions supplied by Ms T, we were able to provide a new doorset from scratch within three weeks, meaning she could return home.
Delighted by the response to her request, Ms T contacted us to say: “Your help and support turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. I really don’t know what I would have done without it.”
