Once you have placed your order, a dedicated project manager is assigned and they will see it through to completion.

In a production-based environment it’s not unreasonable to ask: why is a project manager needed?

For us, they’re an essential part of the service.

We understand that small details can be missed in the design process, for example the coordination of doors with ironmongery. This can cause challenges in design, certification and timescales.

Our highly proactive and knowledgeable project managers will work to overcome these challenges to achieve a certifiable product whilst also meeting your brief for design and function.

They will keep you informed about the progress of your job and work with you and our production team to resolve any issues, such as those arising from changing timescales on site.
